#Bachman Auto Group in Jeffersonville, IN is THE BEST dealership I have EVER purchased from! I just bought a 2024 Lexus NX Premium from them 2 months ago. First off, they matched the offer I got from Car Gurus on my trade-in and treated me with respect. To top this, I got a giant crack (7 inches) in my windshield just 5 days after buying my vehicle and they fully REIMBURSED ME for the cost of that repair I paid to Safelite in Ohio. Terrible customer service for warranty repair work, no communication even called two CEO, left message and got no return calls had to call warranty company myself to get the claim approved after car sat for 2 days had an appointment for 29 days out. Would not recommend for any family or friends to buy here only because of the service department

Vic and the service department are the best! My granddaughter's 2013 sonata was running rough and was taken to this dealership. It needed a coil something and was ordered. She had the car back in no time. Unfortunately the 10 year warranty ran out in May but we were happy to get the car up and running. Thanks to Vic and his service deoartment!

The Cars.com website showed a price as did the car dealership website but when a sales rep sent me links to the trucks they were marked up 10-15k. He said that “most” would qualify for the discounts. That threw up a major red flag and i told them I’ll keep shopping around. SMH people make them tell you their bottom dollar price not any of this May or could xx! Also wanted to give me bottom dollar for my 2022 Challenger Scat Pack 6k miles on it. LOL Everyone had KBB to check prices. Buyers beware!!

The service department was awesome and charged the minimum for my Elantra’s problem. Got an appointment for the next day online and they had my car 3 hours total. Victor was great. Everyone was friendly.

Customer service is horrible from service consultant to the service manager. Had my car there for over a week. Left multiple messages including the service manager without calls back. When I finally did get call back from the service consultant, I only got vague information, asked for quote on work that may need to be done and did not receive that info. I had to go to this dealer in person 3 times in order to find out exactly what was being done, if anything with my car. To this day have never received a call back from the service manager. ...

This dealership lied to me and promised to deliver a part, but then delivered the wrong part and refused to right their wrong! Disappointed with the manager. Unreasonable, dishonest, rude and incompetent!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! LIARS!!!!!!!

I really appreciated the professionalism shown by my service advisor Vick Perry. Which you don’t get very much anymore from anyone. He was very helpful, and polite. From the beginning, during the process and even to completion of my car’s repairs. He kept me informed about what was happening. He was very thorough and accurate with his knowledge of his job. We purchased a Durango R/T from Bachman last Saturday, the sales person, Korey Gould didn’t use any tactics, very straight forward with the deal. We would recommend this dealership and sales person to everyone . The drive to Indiana from Bowling Green KY was worth it.

Service is ridiculous. We take our dodge fleet vehicles there for service. They typically have them for months. When you try to get in touch with the associate handle the vehicle they never answer. Have had a Dodge 2500 Promaster there now for going on 2 months to fix the heat and windshield wipers. Still no end in sight.

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled a recall appointment to replace the coil springs on my Ram 1500, 2 months in advance as requested, to ensure they got the parts in. I came to the appointment and dropped off my truck. Did not get a call back to come pick my truck back up. I called them the next day and they said the appointment was to have the tech check to see if the part needed replacing and then they would order the parts if needed. Bachman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I do not recommend using this company. Within 2 days of purchasing a Jeep, after a rain, it leaked. Badly. We did not get to take the top off, enjoy it, and had to clean it up. After finally having a salesperson call back, we were told that the 30 day warranty did not cover it and it was not their problem. The manager refuses to contact us. This was after a horrible experience just trying to purchase it. Bachman Jeep does not stand behind their vehicles nor their customers. Not 2 days after so I doubt ever.

Scott Harper was great. They were very upfront on money. Drove the vehicle to me almost 2 hours away. Couldn’t have an easier experience.

Avoid this business like the plague. There is no worse customer service in Kentuckiana when it comes to their service department. Sales is decent but if you’re in need of a repair, make the drive elsewhere and save yourself a ton of trouble and crappy service. The service manager is a good guy but nearly impossible to get ahold of.

My daughter took her car here because the battery wouldnt stay charged. Dropped off Tuesday night. Called wed thru monday. Couldnt find out what was wrong. Im calling and getting sent to voicemail. Most unprofessional service department ever. 7 days and 380.00 dollars later for battery and oil change, they have forever lost our business. Couldnt get a loaner, or a phone call back. Never experienced anything like this before. Totally unacceptable!! All they had to give back after seven days of her car sitting on their lot was apologies.. Do not take your car here for service.

This review is for two different deals, with Adrian Maddox =: 1.) I bought a used Ram 1500 from Adrian in Fall 2018. The whole experience was awesome, from start to finish. Adrian was very attentive to my needs, however, he was tied up with another customer. To ensure I was taken care of, I was paired with Scott Harper. Scott made sure the whole deal went flawlessly. We bought a brand new Ram 2500 Diesel truck 1.5 years ago from this dealership when it was owned by Bales. Since then, the truck has been in at least six times for the same transmission issue that has not yet been resolved. Dodge/Chrysler/Ram Corporate is now involved. Do NOT buy from this dealership - or better yet, do NOT buy Ram products. Wish someone would have warned us!

I stopped by Bachman today to ask for help in understanding my options as my 3 year lease was nearing the expiration date. Ali Alsalman was very helpful in explaining the possibilities. Brand new 2017 Ram ProMaster City Van. Purchase from this dealership. At 5,800 miles the ac went out. Had to wait 10 days before I could get service appointment. Then was told it wasn't covered by the warranty. Rock hit the ac condenser coil. "my fault" offered no proof, no visual inspection of part.....just "my fault" NO WARRANTY COVERAGE. Bumper to bumper warranty means nothing, you pay end of story.....not quiet.....traded van immediately for a Ford Transit Connect just so that I would never have to drive on this dealership lot again.
