Took my 2017 Pacifica in to their service department because my kids had somehow managed to get a seatbelt locked over the headrest of the back row seats. The service team went above and beyond to quickly help me get my seatbelts in working order so my kids could ride safely. The foreman (Tim I think) and Diedra were super helpful and friendly. They definitely earned my future business.

We bought our Town and Country here. I have never been big on service at the dealership in the past assuming higher prices, and inconvenience. Man, was i wrong! We have taken our van here for every oil change (they also have packages that save you money!), recently we had to get new tires and the navigation stopped working correctly. Dave and his team were awesome! New tires at a price as competitive as anyone around (I shopped all of them!) and he handled the changing out of the radio/navigation all in one visit. I honestly don't think I would trust anyone else for our service needs. These guys are straightforward, follow through on their commitments, and it is always quicker service than expected! I dont know if it matters if you bought your vehicle there or not as we did, but again I will not take our vehicle anywhere else!

I’m a couple years into a chapter 13 bankruptcy and I was driving a truck that was breaking down and needing repairs constantly. I didn’t have enough money to buy a reasonable vehicle outright and I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to keep fixing my truck. I was recommended to Bachman and they helped me get into a 2015 Hyundai with 1 previous owner and only 15k miles. They asked for very little down and my entire life has done nothing but improve since then 🙂 The car did have moisture trapped under a headlight lens and I honestly expected to pay out of pocket for a replacement, but the team at Bachman ordered the part and had it installed through the cars warranty! I really couldn’t be happier ^_^ No hassle, all dazzle! Woot woot!
