V-Grits restaurant and Chimera Brewing Company have joined forces to create an outstanding dining experience packed with local flavor. V-Grits makes everything from scratch, delivering a robust menu that features an abundance of produce alongside house-made vegan meats and cheeses. Everything on the menu is 100% vegan, though former carnivores will find plenty of familiar-looking options.

The Popcorn Chicken Country Bowl is a comfort food classic that comes with mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, fried chicken strips, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and scallions piled into a hearty bowl.
